Policies & Returns

All of our items are handmade. Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks on in-stock items. 

We use 100% cotton fabric from a local Australian Supplier. 

We accept custom size orders on some of our items. Please contact us to discuss further. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, some slight variations may occur. Colours may vary depending on the resolution of your computer/screen. 


We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact our store within 14 days of delivery, and ship your item back within 30 days of delivery. 

If your order is faulty, please contact us via email, we will be very glad to help you sort it out immediately.  

Change of mind purchases and exchanges will be returned at the buyers own expense. A refund will be issued, or a  replacement item will be sent upon receiving the returned item back. The replacement item will incur new shipping costs at the buyers expense. 

Where an item is returned for a refund, we will refund the full amount paid, less the shipping fees on the original purchase. 

If the item has been used or washed by the buyer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

We do not accept returns or give refunds on custom or personalised orders. However, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us so we can assist in rectifying any problems.
